Details:
The pricing structure assumes that all photos need to be scanned (by me) and are of reasonable
quality. If some photos can be provided electronically on a CD or other medium, it may result in a small discount.
If photos are badly damaged or need a lot of touch-up work, or if color slides are to be incorporated, it may result in a
slightly higher price. There will be a small additional cost if more than 6 DVD copies are needed. If more than 10 songs are needed for the DVD, there may
be a small additional cost. Videos can
also be incorporated in the DVD, if provided in a compatible format on electronic media.
Approach: I view each project as a creative collaborative effort between you (the client) and myself.
Your satisfaction with the process and end result are very important. I prefer to work in stages, getting feedback and
inspiration from you along the way. Details about the subjects of the video provided by you are most
helpful. Interim versions of the video will be posted on my website for private viewing by you (and only by you), so
that you may provide feedback. This approach has proven to be very successful, and guarantees an optimal end product.
Timely feedback will be essential for a smooth process and timely delivery of the end product.
